Cancellation Policy
At Master Coats, we value your time and strive to provide a seamless, stress-free painting experience. To ensure fairness for both you and our team, please review our booking policy before scheduling your service. Booking & Deposit A deposit of 25% is required to secure your appointment. This will be applied toward the total cost of your service. Bookings are confirmed only after the deposit has been received. Remaining balance is due upon project completion. Rescheduling & Cancellations Rescheduling: We understand that plans change. You may reschedule your booking at least 48 hours in advance without penalty. Cancellations: More than 48 hours before your appointment – Full deposit refund. Less than 48 hours before your appointment – Deposit is non-refundable due to lost scheduling availability. Project Expectations Most jobs are completed within one day, but some may require an additional day. Clients must ensure clear access to the work area before our arrival. This includes moving furniture and valuables if necessary. If additional work is requested beyond the agreed service, it may be subject to additional charges and a revised completion time. Satisfaction Guarantee We stand by our work. If any touch-ups are needed due to our workmanship, we’ll address them promptly. Our goal is to deliver flawless results—every time.
